I too am getting same problem with f-02/fb50, but I am able to post the
document if I select the *profit center* for both (DR and CR) GL.accounts.
If I not select the profit center, the error is showing.
In the below scenario:-
1 40 400300 Expense Item 1 23000 PC1
2 40 400301 Expense Item 2 7000 PC2
3 50 100500 Outstanding Exp A/c 30000
4 40 100506 ZBC A/c 23000
5 50 100506 ZBC A/c 23000 PC1
6 40 100506 ZBC A/c 7000
7 50 100506 ZBC A/c 7000 PC2
For Debit GL accounts 400300 and 400301, we normally select the
Profitcenter,
but Credit GL account 100500, we need not select profit center as it is a
Balance sheet items, Here we are getting the error, if we select the profit
center fro 10050 also, the system is accepting the entry, and splitting
correct.
Am working an IDES system., Please suggest on this, whether am doing
correct.

Hi,
I suppose that the existing splitting rules in the standard system do not
cover FB50 / F-02. You could perhaps try enhancing the splitting rule to
accommodate your transactions (But please do it under expert supervision).
