Question from darsana kamath on Jan 16 at 9:59 AM Hi Gurus, My client has a requirement that once their employees completes probation of one year they need be paid 5000USD as minimum bonus. Their actual basic pay is in INR but this has to be paid in USD. Can anyone please suggest possible options for the same? As per my knowledge we can pay equalent amount in INR or separate wage type has to be created in additional payment , USD as currency. Notification can be set for probation as well. Is it correct?
