Question from ravikanth4 on Jan 25 at 12:19 PM Hi, I require your urgent help. I have a requirement from client to create new customized object with strict Personnel Administrator in IT0001. For one of country, client has decided not to use relevant Personnel Areas and Sub Areas for updating employee data. They wanted to update IT759 and IT758 from PA30 for specify set of employees. In this regard, they have decided to use field SACHP (Administrator for HR Master Data) for validation and also want us to create role to give access to particular set of users who can update the records for IT0759 and IT0758 from PA30. In this regard, I have created New Customized Authorization Object (Starting with Z) with below fields.. Authorization Field Field Discription INFTY Infotype SUBTY Subtype AUTHC Authorization level PERSG Employee Group PERSK Employee Subgroup VDSK1 Organizational Key SACHP Administrator for HR Master Data Second step, I have executed program RPUACG00 with new authorization object with the help of ABAP Team Member. Third step, I have added the new object to existing role in development server. Four step, created test user and assigned the role. Now problem here is, all users in developed are not able to access few transactions like PA20, pa30, pa40. This causing problem in development environment. If I ask use to share su53 screenshot, system is showing that there is a missing authorization in the new object. But the new object is not assigned to all roles. I am not sure why the new object was assigned automatically to all roles. Please can any one guide me whether my steps are correct or not and also please update me why entire roles got effected after new object created. Your quick response and help will be highly appreciated....
