Reply from PKVarma on Jan 30 at 11:59 PM Since you are saying custom report, it could be that the ABAPer hid columns during development - though this sounds crazy even if it is possible. Also check the settings at your end. Frankly can't think of any other options - Sorry.

When downloading SAP custom report through Local file ->spreadsheet, the generated excel sheet is capturing records till 69 columns only.
Also, the excel is showing a Blank column between two records.
Please suggest what can be done to get all the columns in the excel sheet and how to avoid getting blank columns in-between.
