Rather I want to create his id in SAP just for the sake of Reporting structure.
Also 2 problems I am facing are.
1.) How to create a Dummy id in SAP
2.) There is lot difference in PRD and Testing Server. How to create same scenario of 550 employees of PRd same in Testing as well.
Please help me how to achieve this.

Hi Experts,
Our company is jointly based on 2 companies. My team (i.e. 5 subordinates belongs to company 1 and the Boss (ultimate authority belongs to company 2).
In my company the criteria for creating Reporting Structure is such that 5 people(subordinates) report to Boss of my Dept. His employee code is not created in SAP whereas Empcodes of 5 subordinates are created in SAP.
Can we create a workaround for this? How to create such reporting structure of such Organization in SAP ?
