Hi

Further, to adjust abs quota balance, if you use IT 2013, in this record select to adjust immediately. If you have set your user settings to show key values, then you can see see both key value and description for possible entries for a field (where you can hit PF4 to show the list). Try with value X or Y.

Hi Guy's,

I am facing a problem in quota correction, Can any one please suggest me how to carry it out.

My requirement is if any employee not completes his/her 40 hrs in a week and he comes late suppose continuously by half hour from planned work schedule and then his half day leave entitlement should be reduced.

I have tried in the following way,
1. Firstly i have created there absence quota by using 2006 then in table V_t559L (Define generation rules for quota type selection), then in quota types i put the radio button in increase saved it and in PA30 carried out the quota correction by using 2013reduced generated entitlement and transferred it immediately. Then I run the time evaluation using PT60.but even though the quota has not reduced.

Please suggest your valuable suggestions.
