To activate the infotype, go to IMG or in SM30 and maintain the view for table T500P.
IT 1 can be deleted in PA30 in the list view or when you go to maintain a record. When you select deletion, if the record is
(i) the last one till 31.12.9999 (or 12.31.9999 depending on your date format) this will give you a message that the IT 1 will be extended to 31.12.9999
(ii)a record between 2 records, then message will be to bridge the gap.
Continue to delete.
