Also note that the view V_T549S has different indicators for different types of dates, e.g., payment date, posting date. Hence maintain the rows for the posting date for at least one year (preferably 2 yrs) from the current date. If necessary, these dates can be revised at a future date.
Also when you are simulate payroll for a future period, or the leave provision requires projection for future, you need the dates for those future periods.
