Just as additional remark: you can also maintain the states "AE", "AP", "AA" in T005S as long as you create the matching entry in T5UZC for the valid ZIP-code range. Then you don't have to create a special sub-type. If we would have many of those cases I personally prefer to add the states and keep the standard screen-layout for Mailing Address.
It all depends how your company wants to have it setup...

Hi,
this is the first time we have this scenario: a former employee has moved from the USA to a US military base in Germany. We have to send the W2 to the employee but are not quite sure how to enter the military address in SAP.
I know the city has to be "APO" and I assume the state needs to be "AE". But do I select Germany or USA as country? Both don't have a state "AE" defined (which I can add of course).
Has anybody done that already?
