Dunning, by default, is a form of correspondence and has no accounting
significance. Therefore, you would not see either an open item or an
increase in customer dues for dunning charges.

Where to see the dunning charges. i have seen the dunning charges in
dunning letter, but the charges is not adding to coustmoer open item. The
charges are not showing in FBL5N.
