Hi,
You need to go to respective logical database. In that Extras --> Selection Views.
Create your own customized selection view or change standard selection view. The fields you select in this selection view will appear as dynamic selection in all the program which are using this logical database.

Logical database: MEPOLDB
We've upgraded from 4.7 to ECC 6 and since then the dynamic selections for EKKN have disappeared.
