Looks like you don't want to use scheduled activity- how about changing the splitting rule in the customizing for price calculation?
BTW- did you run KSPI after reconciling? There is a tolerance definition for when plan activity is < or > scheduled activity. May be manipulating that tolerance will clear the error.

When I do KSPI - Plan price calculation. I am getting the error message no KP236. Cost center 112233, activity type AAABBB: Activity<scheduled Activity. When I go to KP27 and see the details for the cost center and for the activity type, I can see that there is some value present in the column Act. Scheduled which is greater than planned activity. How to make this Act. Sched column to Zero. I tried transaction KPSI, but this only copies the values from Act. Sched to planned activity. But I want to make the Activity Scheduled column to be Zero.
