Which method of LSMW are you using to upload data? If you are using IDOC method, you need to maintain partner type and upload data.

Two possible steps before posting this question here...
A. Search in the code where you get that message. You may have a parametrization problem and reading the code can help
B. Search for oss notes related to the tcode.
