Hi Lou,
So - First, FI entry only or SD? Its done in FI entry. Second, Did the user actually delete the sales order or has it been archived? The SO has been deleted.

Thanks,
Nely

Subject: How to reverse doc if SO has been archived?

Once you archive, you cannot bring that data into the transaction system anymore so what you want to do would not possible. The data is only available through the archive information system, which is a completely different set of tables.

That said, your example says the user "deleted" the sales order. How they did that is a question by itself, because SAP should not have allowed that deletion unless there were no documents associated with it already. But you say the FI entry was made referencing the sales order? Was it just a journal entry or did they run it through SD?

So - First, FI entry only or SD? Second, Did the user actually delete the sales order or has it been archived?

- Lou
