Normal processing of IT 2001 or 2002 is based on the DWS of each day corresponding to the infotype's period.
If you are changing the shift through PCR's or functions in time eval schema, then the same changes will need to be done for processing these in MP200000. You would need to find where changes need to be made. For this you can use, bapi's, badi's or ABAP enhancement, using an ABAP person.

Dear Guru's,
Ours is a dynamic shift assignment where shift assignment will happen while time evaluation based on the clock in postings IT2011, where as in IT0007 we have updated general shifts.
Our client has 4 different shifts, all these shift assignment will be done dynamically while time evaluation happening.
Now the issue is when we are trying to upload any half day leave, system only reading IT0007 or IT2003 for employee shift and giving times as per respective shift (General Shift). If we hardcore the times also, system is not reading this entry for time evaluation.
But whereas employee might have worked in different shift. Since shift assignment is dynamic and it is not able to read the actual shift.
Can we deploy the shifts which are being assigned to employees through time evaluation in IT2003, do we have any User exit for this? Or do we have to develop any Z customization?
Or do we any other alternate to overcome this?
