when user clicks on Save Button of ALV layout then '&DATA_SAVE' event will trigger.
and Populate in the field catalog
checkbox(1) type c, " as checkbox
edit(1) type c, " internal use only
wa_fieldcat-checkbox = 'X' " Check box
wa_fieldcat-edit = 'X'. " Check box editable

I cannot get a 'REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY' function module call to SAVE a layout. It is always greyed out.
I have tried setting following parameters:
1. SAVE =3D 'A'
2. IS_LAYOUT-NO_AUTHOR =3D 'X'
3. IS_VARIANT-REPORT set to report name
Can anyone PLEASE help ! thanks in advance
