If not, you should be able to find the custom maintenance program with a "where used" on the table, then find the associated tcode through SE80 on the program. If it's a custom tcode that uses the generated maintenance view, you may be able to locate the tcode by using SE16N on table TSTCP and searching for your table name (surrounded by asterisks, like this: *mytable*) in field PARAM.
