Neobat,

Go to SE11 or SE16 and display the table.
Then click utilities ->Versions->Version management to show the versions.
Double click the bottom transport (1st one done) on the list
Expand the object list and then expand the list of transactions
One of the transaction codes should be the one you are looking for.

What are the steps to find a custom transaction someone created for a known
custom table?

This custom table can be maintained using SM30 but not my company is
restricting to use SM30 for users and we are assigning custom tcodes but I
can not find a tcode for a custom table that was created long time ago.
