Hi Vicky,

Thank you for your reply.
The requirement is to have quota generated for the current year in Jan of the year. Example, annual leave 30 days a year is generated during the 1st time evaluation run in Jan of the year.

Any idea as I may not be getting it right with the steps given earlier.

Regards,
Tamil Selvi

Hi Tamil Selvi,

You want quotas to be generated at the end of the calendar year and the deduction to happen in the subsequent year. If this is the requirement. Please adhere to the following steps.

Eg. if the annual leave is 30 days a year

1. Base Entitlement - field constant maintain 30 days and check the calendar year
2. Validity period and deduction: Check Calendar year. check valid from as start and valid to as end. similary dedn from as end
3. Configure the selection rules appropriately.

The adherence of the above steps will enable you to generate the quotas appropriately.

Thanks and regards,

Vicky
