Hi,
I think you were very clear in the first place
It is then something to do with your VPN client settings. This is a issue
for your network team.
Regards

Hi David/Reinhard Kox,
Thank you for your response. May be my posting wasn't clear. Network speed
has been set to low speed connection. Only then I get logon screen. If it is
left with high speed connection I don't get logon screen.
My round trip time looks like below -
Ping statistics for nn.nnn.nnn.nn:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0
Approximate round trip time in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 21ms, MAximum = 24ms, Average = 22ms
Thanks,
Sathya

the remote network. When I ping the remote server, I get response. When I
telnet SAP server for port 3200 and 3600, I get response. When I invoke SAP
logon with SAP LOGON PAD, I get logon screen. When I enter userID password,
I do not get any response. I initiated second logon and when I use same
userID and password, I'm prompted with a popup screen with 3 options
(Continue with this logon and end any other logon, Continue this logon
without terminating other logon. Terminate this logon). When I choose any
option, system again don't respond. After some time, I'll have to right
click on the top left corner and click on stop transaction to cancel the
screen.
