Hi Geeta You can create a PWS that would cover a long period like 52wks. Alternative is to create IT 2003 through list entry or LSMW. I would suggest 2nd option. The basic salary calculation etc needs to be part of your payroll schema. With the first option, you may need to have more than 100% in IT 7 and contracted hrs in IT 8. Regards, JG
