Hi Geeta

You can create a PWS that would cover a long period like 52wks. Alternative is to create IT 2003 through list entry or LSMW. I would suggest 2nd option.

The basic salary calculation etc needs to be part of your payroll schema. With the first option, you may need to have more than 100% in IT 7 and contracted hrs in IT 8.

Employee will work 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday) every week, however, for one week per month they will work 5 days (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs & Fri). These extra days per month form part of their overall contractual hours and are not classed as overtime. The employee's basic salary is based on the total contractual hours.
