Hi Everyone,
IT 16 Contract elements does not relate to IT 1013.
When you have EG/ESG in IT 1013 this is populated when you hire a person in hiring action. This is defaulted provided you have PD/PA integration.
Even after default, quite often, as I have seen, it is changed because the employee's or the orgn's needs.

Hi Experts,
When we create vacancy for a position in OM we enter the employee group &
employee sub group details.When the same position is assigned to a
recruitment instrument again we have to enter the employee group &
employee subgroup.
What is the methodology to integrate OM with recruitment so that we don't
have enter the same(employee group & subgroup details) in recruitment.
Request if anyone can help me out with this.
