Hi guy,
This is what I get at syslog.
"SAP Basis System: Initialization DB-Connect Failed, Return Code 000256".
I have run r3trans-d at cmd and it returns 000 so sap solution manager is connected to database.
Quick response will be highly appreciated

the dispatcher starts in our solman then stops.but the rest of the systems are working and they are in the same host.
there are no work processes for AS ABAP and AS JAVA .
