You also need to unlock the periods via t-code OKP1 for the FI and CO and t-code MMPV for the MM area.

I have opened the posting period in MMPV and parallelly one has to open a posting period in OB52 to post a GR. I did not know what should be the entries which are supposed to be enter in OB52 t- code. I have tried a lot but still I am getting an error as " posting period 10/2011 is not open". Help me guys please.
