Few things to check:
1) In CK11N, check the tab 'Qty structure' and see if routing is showing up (not blank).
2) Validate if routing is valid as on the valuation date (CK11N- Dates tab- valuation date)
3) Routing is released and has at least one operation relevant for costing.
4) In the work center, check the formula for calculating activity hours.
If all the above is verified and still no activity cost is showing up, create new routing for the material and that should work..
Sometimes, the order in which work center and routing has undesirable result in CK11N.

In KP26, we have mentioned Fixed Price and we have checked routing and valuation variant .
Please suggest how to get the activity values in my cost estimate .
