Hi T-S, Follow the steps as given below - - In the quota configuration set a time type as a base entitlement - follow the quota configuration for quota validation and deduction period as Vicky suggested in the last email. - Include some new PCRs in active TE Schema at your client to generate the abs quota(s) following the client's abs quota policy - Make a decision to run the TQTA to update IT2006 only on the first run day of TE of Jan. - Also include a PCR to run TQTA on the first day of hiring date by prorated abs quota. - To make it more effective include another PCR to reduce advance quota when employee resigned/terminated in the middle of the year. Good luck.

The requirement is to have quota generated for the current year in Jan of the year. Example, annual leave 30 days a year is generated during the 1st time evaluation run in Jan of the year. Any idea as I may not be getting it right with the steps given earlier. Regards, Tamil Selvi | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author. Toolbox.com 4343 N.
