Hi,

No, he means that you can run report RSBDCOS0 from transaction code SE38 in SAP. I on the other hand, kind of hope that you don't have access to that, because that's a pretty dangerous transaction in the SAP system.
You can run the DB2 commands from the DOS prompt. Just make sure you're logged on to Windows as <sid>adm.
