check system services in controlpanel or go to msc.services and make sure network services are up and other important services.and restart the mmc.

Chronologically, this is the first real error message encountered between the 2 logs:
*** ERROR => Connection to Message Server failed - check installation [dpxxdisp.c 1821]
I'd verify the message server config first. Ensure the correct entries are present in the services file on the appropriate host(s).
