Hi
Am afraid validations and substitutions do not bind documents in the cash
journal, reference / sample documents and parked documents. Validations and
substitutions apply for regular financial documents only since a cash
journal document saved / in the process of saving is not yet an accounting
document.
I do not think there is such a provision in the standard system.

I want to control the expense line item to amount 10,000/- and I want to pop up a error message when user save the doc in cash journal. I wrote a validation but it is triggering when I create the follow on docs. Is there any way I can trigger my validation on SAVE. |
