Thank you, Gary for your response.

I did some trial and error on what fields to fill-up but always the info I got is: There is no data for the selection.

For the Layout, chose the standard layout planned order and for the List - Order Headers.

Ticked the Plnnd orders (since these are internal orders) and filled-up the MRP, Planning Plant in Selection at header level, untick some but still no data received.
