You can use the concept of outline agreement/contract to cater for your business requirement.

Hi to all,
My query is that in our company we want to control purchase requisition and purchase order based on the budget allocated to the Material.
Ex: my company wants to spend Rs.10,00.000/- for purchase of Cement. If any requirement is raised over this budget the purchase requisition / purchase order has to show error message and further action should not carried out.
