Hello,
Could you please elaborate more on the rule?
In the time evaluation log, double click on processing & check exactly where
in the rule is this error occurring.
This generally can occur if rule is trying to find the data as per the
operation mentioned & that particular information is not maintained.
For Example : VARSTFREE if you have only maintained condition as Y & no
provision for NO condition, But if the day is not FREE, then this error
would occur.
So please check this rule ZJAL based on the log & give more details.
