Job should be used for job evaluation. It has the attributes of responsibilities, tasks, roles.
A job is assigned to one or more position. Positions may have titles or descriptions that suit a company or organisation.

Dear Gurus,
We want to reduce the amount of position titles to stop creating a mess and also to make sure the benchmark / job pricing is done smoothly.
However, we are feeding the position titles to different system like out look and now we run into the problem that the individual employees / their managers does not like the "standard titles". Is there any possibility to have a second position title on the position (would like to avoid to tie it to the employee, to much maintenance..)
