Hi,
The IT 8 has capacity util % is usually based on a part time employee's working hours as a percentage of normal full time working hours (in V_T510I) for the employee's groupings.
This percentage is usually set to be automatically calculated.
In V_T559L - reduction rules - you can configure to use this percentage to reduce the quota accrual. You can select to use the proportionate reduction over the whole accrual period.
The reduction rule is selected in V_T559L selection rules.
