I have a problem with QAS AND SOLMAN servers that after we shutdown all
servers due to maintenance task after turning on again and re-open
instances and database in all servers they worked well except SOLMAN and
QAS as I mentioned before

Note:
1- before shutting down I closed instances and database properly not
suddenly shutdown
