Hi,
You go to Financial Accounting (New) --> Asset Accounting --> Integration with the General Ledger --> Additional Account Assignment Objects --> Activate Account Assignment Objects
In the above you will find the wbs element field , select the check boxes, it will come in the time dependent tab of asset master record.
