Hello,
As the XBLNR in in BKPF database (and not BSEG) , you have to do a substitution HEADER with a user exit and it should be run correctly (when DEBUG) .
1) check if the abap (RGGBS000 : standard, normally you should have created a copy Z in order to insert your user exit), is called by F-28 with a break-point.
2) if yes, create a HEADER user-exit .
