Hi Kalyani,
Thanks a lot for such a detailed explanation.I am sorry, but when I go to
se16n and type this HRCMP0080, it says table HRCMP0080 not active in
dictionary.
I will be very thankful if you can explain this to me.

Hi CL,
Go to HRCMP0080 and click on Person in left window. You will get a pop up "HR Object Selection". In that select the fields you want to display. You will get Length of service in days, months, and years in Actions. Select them and click OK. You will get the ALV report in the same window. You can export it to Excel as well.
