Hi,
My issue got solved. It was due to cost element field mapping in the
cost elements assignments. A group of cost elements are given where as
field mapping assigned to stock value only. Which is wrong. I split
field mapping according to the cost elements.
After doing the above my issues got solved.
One thing I could not notice, the customization log I am not able find
any where, can any tell me where those details will be updated/ available.

I think yes. PA structure should be changeable in settlement rule in sales order line.
KE4TS is for sales order simulation. I guess it's irrelevant for your system.
