The procedure is..
First you have to check the availability of Currency type M in OB07(it will
be available anyways as it comes along with the package)
Then You have to Define the exchange ratios in OBBS between EUR and INR
under Currency Type M
Then go for OB08 and create the exchange rate between EUR and INR for M type
with the date before the date you choose for Re-Valuating.

Ask your FI consultant to review OBBS ... though this should already be maintained as of 1999 to EURX.
