I didn't get your question. What do you want to do? Do you want to reset the Payroll status of all the employees or change the master data of the employees?
If you want to reset the payroll status of all employees then run RPUTRBK0. Enter Payroll area, and select the dates which you want to reset like Earliest master data change date, Master data chng. bonus date, payroll correction, etc. You need not configure the report. About program RPUCRR00, this program will reset only earliest master data change date.

through reports RPUTRBK0 & RPUCRR00 we can change the master data for the all employees
but, the question is how to configure the report to change the MD for the employees.
