Hi
We have implemented kronos in my previous client site.
Each pay period,
a)data pertaining to Org unit structure, empl is sent to Kronos (any changes only) usning SAP user program
b)from Kronos, a file is received for data in respect of absences, attendances (like OT, etc), substitutions,
c)In SAP the data from Kronos is written to SAP as IT 2001, 2002, 2003.

I have not seen use of IDocs.
