Hi,
Long term solution, create a generic user, set it to user type service or System.
Adapt all RFC connections using his user.

Subject: Account always locked-out almost every 15 minutes
Dear SAPBASIS Guru,
This case happened after I changed the sapbasis account password (security policy , user password must be change in 90 days).
System info :
- SAP ERP Central Component 5.0
- Kernel 640 (Patch level : 304)
- AIX 5.3
- DB6 08.02.0002
I did some steps to check this error :
1. SM21
Result :
- There are many log that info user sapbasis accessed from Terminal 127.0.0
I don't understand how to checked this.
This the example (detail log):

Note :
SAP Support suggest to find out where the sapbasis account is use in PRD system.
This is the main problem for me how to check it. I am new in SAP.
2. Check all RFC's in all servers (dev,qas,prd,dbw,pbw,solman):
Result:
- Only one connection that using sapbasis (from QAS to SOLMAN) only.
3. ST22 :
Result:
- No Error related to sapbasis account locked-out
