T001P is a basic requirement in HR and has to be active; no one would have made it inactive.
Check if the table has the pers area and the related pers sub areas and if these are assigned to a country group.
Unless you have some user code/exit checking for other validation, this should be enough. If necessary, check the message id and where it is used.

HI there,
i am finding problem in hiring an employee.
when i execute the hiring action, i have entreed all the details and tried to save it.
here my personnel area is NHYD.
when i tried to hire an employee using hiring action, an error as below is prompting.
"Entry NHYD does not exist in T001P"
I tried checking everything including employee attributes. Every thing seems to be fine.
But im unable rectify this issue.
Can some please suggest me how to solve this issue.
