Hi,
It looks like you have a Database error have you performed a checkdb?
The database problem could be due to hardware issues.

I am using ECC 6.0 with SQL 2008 Windows NT server 2003. We are releasing jobs from tivoli and run in SAP, Jobs are successfully released from tivoli and work process is not allocated for the job and it hungs in ready state for long time. im attaching the error log from SM21 during the which the job is in ready state.It is frequently happening and most of the critical jobs is getting stuck. kindly advice.
