Hi
Look for which port is defined for the listener and for the tnsnames.ora
Maybe this port is used by other process.

But when I Login , with SIDADM, Than For sqlplus as /sysdba ,
Getting the following error
ERROR:
ORA-12547: TNS:lost contact
But Listener is Running ..
Is there any env variables are missing or need to be checked ?
