The daily hrs in IT 7 is obtained from the V_T508A for the employee's grpgs/WSR (field T508A-TGSTD.
It is same for the other fields Weekly working hours, Monthly working hrs, Annual working hours, Weekly workdays in IT 7. These fields need to be calculated based on the wkg days in a week and daily hrs or the annual hrs divided by (avg no.of days in a week x no.of weeks working) when configuring the WSR.
You can change the modifiable fields in IT 7, for a person, based on his/her agreement with the company, If they are changed, the empl % in IT 7 is calculated and populated.
Each field in IT 7 or any IT has enough hypertext help to understand. E.g. For Daily wkg hrs - help says:
Daily Working Hours
Use This field specifies how many hours the employee must work per day. The system determines the value from the work schedule rule.
Procedure If an employee does not work exactly according to the planned
specifications in his or her monthly work schedule, you must increase or
decrease the value in this field accordingly. The employment percentage, weekly working hours, monthly working hours , and annual working hours fields are then changed automatically.
Btw, in IT 8, the no. of hrs per pay period are derived from IT 7 data and the employee's payroll area - weekly, fortnightly, etc and populated.
IT 8 - Capacity utilization level. The std (full time) hrs per pay period is from T510I.
The capacity utilization level defines which percentage of standard working time an employee works.
Examples: The standard weekly working time is 40 hours. Since the employee only works 20 hours per week, his/her capacity utilization level is 50%.

This field is not same as the "Planned Working Hours" defined for the Daily Work Schedule?
