Check slog in /usr/sap/trans/log. file name would be like this SLOG1108.HRD here HRD is system id. Then you will see file name ERRLOCK.HRD under usr/sap/trans/tmp..delete this file.ref note 12746.

We're having problems when releasing transports from DEV to QAS.
It shows the message "tp connecting to database".
We have configures TMS correctly and all the transport routes are active.
We have seen this in the logs
WARNING: /usr/sap/trans/tmp/QAS.LOB is already in use (xx), I'm waiting 5
sec (xxxxxxxxx...
However we couldn't fine the said file in the path as stated.
As of the moment, we have a lot of pending transports to be released.
I hope you could help us in this issue.
