Hello Experts ,

We have inactive employees but they get salary from the Company for certain period of time but they are not pensioners.

All these inactive employees are mainly asked to leave ( fired ) when they are asked to leave they get 3 months salary or sometimes for more than 8 months as well..

Currently they are active in the system we run the payroll for them every month its affecting our reports.

Is there any way to maintain them as inactive employees (by actions) . Whether payroll can be run for Inactive employees ?
