Ok then restore the old kernel and start the system and make sure it starts correctly. Then download the new kernel files again, making sure you select the correct db and non db files.

We upgraded the SAP kernel patch 700 from 201 to 291,then start the instance, but the SAP MMC colour is red, it displayed.
